Elizabeth Stowe (PEM, sp.), the sister of Jonathan Burchall, sold 20 Clarence St. to Ann Wright, STG, widow of Jacob Wright, for £12. In 1763, the lot to the south still belonged to John Briggs. The street to the lot’s north still was known as “the way to Walter Mitchell” and the future Clarence Street was still known as a path between the Miriam & John Briggs lots to Robert Burton’s lot.
